At Clean Skin Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare tools and accessories. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the shipment is scanned to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
